Hah, the Hawks actually looked like a decent footy team out there! Well, two rounds in and the lesson's learned: never picking the Dees again. Absolutely dismal.
The Melbourne players should have sung their song after the game as a sign of their joyous relief. They should have lost that game by 10 goals. They were terrible today and T, I'm not sure about 0-10 but they will be 0-5 with Geelong, Freo and Sydney to come.
I was only sitting in the stands but I got a real sense of apathy from the players. It just didn't seem to me that enough of them really cared. I think the experts call it 'Body English' these days and Melbourne's was woeful after quarter time.
As a group they didn't respond well when the challenge was put to them. And without Neitz and McLean they are, dare I say it, S-O-F-T.
White should have dominated that game and yet he was cut to pieces. Yze shouldn't be the only high profile name playing for Sandy next week.
Try supporting the Saints in the past couple of years Wicky. Alternating between chocolates to boiled lollies and back again a few weeks later, only to be back on the boiled ones at season's end isn't good for the waistline, the heart or the nerve.
Infact the way we chased Thursday night the boys might have got into the Easter eggs a little early I reckon.
I've indulged the little fucker long enough. He's gotten soft. It's out to the garden where he belongs.

Oh yeah, and my tip. The one that laughably had Melbourne finishing 12th - shunt that down to last. Sixteenth. Bottom. Stone. Fuckin. Motherless.

Lock it in, Eddie: Daniher resigns with Melbourne 0-10.

On sober reflection - what a fuck up!
