Curmudgeonly -- situation normal for me, although perhaps excusable given that I have the flu.
Disenchanted with cricket ; disinterested in VFL ; cannot tell where the rugby union 12 or 14 or 16 come from by their names ; unimpressed with rugby league and the little plastic shorts worn by the players and the shocking jerseys full of advertising ; shocked that Mark Schwarzer again failed to come off his goalkeeping line at a critical moment, thereby conceding a penalty -- then saving the penalty shot so that people think he's a great goalkeeper.
Actually the Kinks were not all bad.
A tad annoyed and a smidgen frustrated. Ya gotta hand it to Wayne Bennett - lets go of a champion in Petero to buy two underated ones in PJ Marsh and the best halfback for some time in Wallace. They're playing for QLD for f8cks sake. God damn it pisses me off.
Tony T., I'm not sure if they still have re-education camps in China, but if they do, that's where you'll find the guy who missed the penalty. There'll be a lot of public self-examination over that one.
That's better.

Youse are not amused?

Youse - that is, meeze - is very amused by Prof's comment. I could have written it myself.
Schwarzer is extraordinarily lucky the Chinese penalty attempt was a weak-kneed shocker.

And just like that - Amla, in total command, run out....

Laurels & resting. The Indians are still celebrating the massively great, huge and magnificent achievement that is winning the CB Series.

Actually, it grates even more when some fathead says "How are we, chasps."

Lunch on day 3 and the match total so far is 10/720. What a fruitful 7 sessions of play that is.

Just the casual ten goal loss tomorrow then?

Looks like I was being a bit casual by saying ten goal loss. Fuck sports.

37.17 is the record AFL/VFL score.
Is that in jepopardy this week?
