An oaf is in jail after he robbed a bank and scarpered on a treadly.
Robber used bike to stage getaway: police
POLICE in Victoria's north-east have caught a man who allegedly robbed a bank and made his getaway on a bicycle.
[Cop-talk gold] "The man was last seen escaping on a bicycle heading north in Murphy Street."
He has been charged with robbery and remanded in custody until his appearance in the Wangaratta Magistrates court today, police said.
Take note Greenies. Bicycles are just not an option for low income earners in the inner city.

Wrong nick. This shows that Howard and Costello's failure to hold back interest rates and bank charges is really biting hard in the bush and forcing real decent normally law abiding australians to desperate measures.
