O/T : The Double Standard.

Ben DOESN'T admit to taking recreational drugs, but DOES escape court to go to rehab, but DOESN'T attend, and he's a star who might play on next season.

Martina DOESN'T take drugs, but DID test positive, but will quit anyway, because of her age (27 - younger than Ben).

Must be the glass ceiling (or table).
