There's nothing particularly strange about a Victorian Labor government brawling with the teachers union -- sorry, "engaging in robust wage negotiations" -- but when the going gets especially tough, there's something especially sad and pathetic about this spin driven government complaining about a union using -- gasp -- a public relations firm ...
EDUCATION Minister Lynne Kosky's office yesterday launched a scathing attack on a public relations company working for the Australian Education Union.
Especially the same public relations firm the government have used in the past ...
Established in 1996, EMC has worked on a range of high-profile campaigns, including some with the state Labor Party.
You bloody whinging lefties are all the same, slacking off drinking lattes and employing bloody PR firms to go in and do your union headkicking and getting in the way of the nice right wing government's DUTY to underpay you for being teachers. It's not like you don't get 9000 days off per year (school holidays) while the kids you're paid to babysit run feral in the streets and rob war graves and shit. Pull your socks up, Tony.
Best wishes and a dash of sodomy,
Alan Jones.

It's Wednesday. I'm at home playing on the computer, reading the papers, eating and watching daytime TV. I'm too busy to strike.
PS: I'm taking a cut of those scrounged war-grave profits.

Caz has a rather harsh view on some of our gilded yoof Tone!! Anyway, they rob stores not war graves- wheres the profit in robbing war graves.
This teaching lark seems quite enticing to me, but i prefer working nights (for now), 100 days holiday per bloody annum and all that. BUT i'm glad i'm asleep when daytime tv is on. Except at Test Cricky time of course!!.
BUT i have never heard any young teachies i know complain of being underpaid though. They WOULD strike at the drop of a ruler though!!

In case your department head is listening in Tone, what you mean't to say was that you spent the day marking papers, preparing lessons and appraising students. I'm glad i read that correctly. (!)

I didn't want to admit it, but yes, that's what I REALLY was doing.
Not.
