Be on the lookout for a virus called [email protected]. It's a lone attachment in an e-mail from big@big. My Nortons picked it off but unfortunately after it had done so it put a block on all the other incoming e-mails so that Outlook Express just sat there doing rock all.
I had to disable the incoming scanner to allow all e-mails through, then manually dump the offender while being careful not to click on it's attachment.
Happy hunting.
You can set Nortons up so that it will automatically delete the email with the virus, then keep downloading the rest.
Personally, I find Norton to be far too intrusive for my liking, so I use AVG.

I've got it set up that way Bailz. It usually dumps the offending attachment/virus/dodgy whatever, but this time round it got hung up and wouldn't let the others through.

These seems like an appropriate place to say 'thanks for linking to me!'. So yeah, cheers. I shall return the favour.

No problem Ryan. Quotes from Kerouac, Burroughs, Thompson and the Velvets. I though I was looking at me. Good stuff. (Still don't get Tom Waits)
