The Australian bid delivered big bucks -- to whoever it was who tossed a few old clips together and called it a promo. I don't think it's $45 million dollars' worth. Mind you, some of the budget would have gone on travel, accommodation, printing, jewellery for delegates' wives -- oh no, that was the Olympics, I think.

Cvnt of a sport run by a bunch of cvnts.
I think it was one of your sidebar linked bloggers, Chase Me Ladies, who said all soccer supporters should be bulldozed into the sea.

How can we accuse anyone of corruption when we get only ONE vote?
I just watched that animated kangaroo video. It is embarassing. I'm surprised we got that vote.

The kangaroo's face was more real than Hoges' face.

If forty-eight million dollars for one vote is "delivering big time" them Mark Arbib was right on the money.

The kangaroo should have jumped over to the Cook Islands, deposited a load of $$$ with the locals and hopped off, giving Hoges a wink when he got back.

How many airconditioned stadiums did they promise to build? In the desert.
That is just obscene.

If Australia had been unlucky enough to be chosen we wouldn't be hearing a squeak out of anyone about corruption.
Its only wrong when they don't take our bribe. Or take it a don't deliver.
